This release is the last release of the program before .NET 8 to be released. Therefore, I decide not to mark this release as a pre-release.

This program uses .NET 8 RC1, C# 12 preview and WASDK 1.4.

The target program doesn't use any frameworks before you open it. If you use Win10/11, you can open it no matter whether your computer has already been installed .NET 8.
