New created category cannot post

Describe the bug
New created category cannot post.

My site: www.tobacco1.top, new created one category :[electronic cigarette], There is New tobics button, cannot post.

But on other category, it is ok.

Hi,
I tried to use another name which is not same with section. So it is OK.
