If widow of Parallel Builds Monitor is hidden when VS starts, e.g. set as Auto Hide, and opened first time when Build already starts, PBM window is empty or show garbage info.
It is need to open PBM window again when Build finished to see correct info for next Builds.
Verified on VS 2017 Professional and VS 2019 Community, C++ projects.

Can this problem be fixed or somehow avoided?

Visual Studio 2022, still not resolved.
