a Migration,/copy for pals or players between saves?

can be aded a migration feature? , i mean , i have a level.sav, that has 3 chars, one is my brother, one is mine, and the las from someone in spain, my brotherd had to create a new char, so would be nice if i can migrate all data (pals , bases , items, etc.. or at least copy pals from a character to another....like his party and palbox) from a character to another?
