Umm. Well, first you need the file media2.wsdl, you can take it from the ONVIF website: https://www.onvif.org/profiles/specifications/
Then you will have to put it in the wsdl folder. GSOAP tools will generate bindings for you. You can see how these tools work using ONVIF as an example in the official documentation: https://www.genivia.com/examples/onvif/index.html
