Configurable webhooks when links are created, updated, removed

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I want to automatically augment new links when they're created (add tags for example for the language of content of the new link or grab the content of the link and feed my own search engine). For that a webhook fires my custom script that in turn updates the new link via LinkAce's API.

Describe the solution you'd like
A UI which enables me to register multiple webhook URLs for a given event. Several events are imaginable: link-created, link-updated, link-removed, list-created, list-updated, list-removed, list-link-append, etc.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Building the functionality I want to build directly into LinkAce.
