Reader ui

I think the reader UI is nearly prepared. Just one change to perfect it.

Issue:
The slider is too small.

Solution:
Remove the chapter list icons and use the space to extend the page slider. I'm saying this because with the next/previous chapter button, you probably wont need the chapter list. When you can just use the buttons to change the chapter.

Implementation:
Make the reader ui with the removed "chapter list icon" as i told above add the default. But also give the option in the settings or the menu to revert it (use the chapter list instead of the next/ previous chapter buttons)

You get what i mean?
