[Royalty] Clones made from Empire corpses are granted Honor at creation, prior to emergence from vat

I'm still on mod v1.4.1 admittedly, but with Royalty enabled, if a genomic sequence from an Empire pawn is used to grow a clone, that clone will receive honor/a title from the Empire soon after creation, prior to even being removed from the vat. I only have one Empire cadaver on hand, but derived clones from her are getting Freeholder (2) automatically. One nuance I wanted to note: the source corpse was a quest mercenary (temporarily) assigned to my faction by the Empire. I suspect the revert-pawn-to-empire code in Royalty might be involved.

I'm not sure if the amount of honor varies by Empire corpse, but if I see an opportunity to make a higher ranked corpse I'll test it...
