[Bug] Organ vat making surgeries not work.

Describe the bug
when i attempt to do a surgery to add a new limb or replace one ect, it will make the surgery proceed as normal consume the item but the colonist does not recieve it and it does not show up on the colonist health tab and the item goes away

Expected behavior
What id expect is that the item would desapear and then be on the health tab of the colonist. say id put a bionic leg on the leg slot it should show bionic leg with its buffs.

To Reproduce
have the Organ vat in the same room as the surgery. if its in another room it appears to work fine

i am playing the race Moyo but also this issue happens on normal humans
