Make sure KIC dashboard is updated on grafana.com

While working on #2484 I tried to update KIC dashboard with the recent revision from the repository. I encountered probably some kind of a bug on the Grafana page side which made the dashboard not available via https://grafana.com/grafana/dashboards/15662, where I should have access to a tab for updating the dashboard's revisions.

Acceptance criteria

• KIC's dashboard on grafana.com is updated to the recent version from the project's repository

I've got no response yet but seems like they fixed it as I'm able to load the page now: https://grafana.com/grafana/dashboards/15662/. I have updated the revision, closing the issue.
