I'm hoping someone can help me troubleshoot an issue I'm having with some new dimmers. I've been using Zigbee2MQTT for a while now without any major problems, but I recently acquired three CTM Lyng NorLum Dim OP dimmers, and they're exhibiting intermittent flickering, but only when they're connected to my Zigbee network via Zigbee2MQTT.
Here's a breakdown of the situation:
The Problem: The dimmers flicker intermittently. This isn't a constant flicker, but rather occasional, random flashes. Crucially: This flickering only occurs when the dimmers are paired with my Zigbee network and controlled through Zigbee2MQTT/Home Assistant. If I disconnect them from the Zigbee network and control them using their physical controls, they work perfectly fine with no flickering whatsoever.
I've tried the following:
Re-pairing/factory reset: I've reset and re-paired the dimmers with Zigbee2MQTT multiple times. Firmware Check (Dimmer): Unfortunately, the supplier did state that they had no update for this model. Power Cycling: I've power cycled everything involved (dimmers, Zigbee coordinator, VM running Zigbee2MQTT).
My Setup:
Zigbee2MQTT version: 1.42.0
Zigbee coordinator: Home Assistant SkyConnect using EmberZNet
Dimmer model: CTM Lyng 4503145
Network size: 42
I'm really at a loss here, and I've reached the limit of my troubleshooting knowledge. I'm hoping someone with more experience with Zigbee2MQTT might have some insights or suggestions.
Has anyone else encountered similar flickering issues with dimmers, especially only when controlled through Zigbee2MQTT? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
