How to uninstall/remove zigbee2mqtt from HA

I am wanting to do a clean install of zigbee2mqtt onto my HA instance.

Have no zigbee devices in my config at the moment.

Have tried using the uninstall option on the config page but that seems to leave files in the zigbee2mqtt folder still so any subsequent reinstall 'picks' these up.

Cant find any instructions on how to do a uninstall that get me back to a position where I can effectively do an install as if it hasn't been on my machine before.

Is it simply a case of deleting the zigbee2mqtt folder and the restarting HA to get me back to a position where I am really doing a 'new' install?
