slow5 version should be in the Header, not the HeaderValue. In addition, HeaderValues don't take care of ordering / multiple read groups right now

type Header struct {
    HeaderValues []HeaderValue
}

type HeaderValue struct {
    ReadGroupID        uint32
    Slow5Version       string
    Attributes         map[string]string
    EndReasonHeaderMap map[string]int
}
