White blank space on top and bottom on receipt bill

There is white blank space in top and bottom of receipt bill. there is no way to adjust that. Can you please fix this issue or any solution for this to solve.

That is usually defined by the printer drivers

okay, but as we use different brand printers, for few printers print might be correct and for few it might show with white space. how can we solve this using this package, as we can't adjust for every printer driver i guess. Any solutions? or any reference where we can do it using this package.
