Some extensions do not appear in the list due to case-sensitive sorting #78

I keep having trouble finding the Sandbox extension, because it does not seem to show up in the extension list. Many users reported this issue on the Slicer forum, too.

Interestingly, clicking on the "Examples" category makes the extension show up.

As it turned out today, while troubleshooting this with yet another user, the problem is just incorrect sorting:

Case-sensitive sort in the extension list really messes up things (it puts flywheel_connect and iGyne to the very end of the list):

@jcfr switching to case-insensitive sorting might be just a very small change and it could solve this issue that confuses many new users.
