Describe the bug
金老师，您好。我在使用get_organelle_from_reads.py 组装叶绿体基因组时出现MemoryError，组装命令中使用了--memory-save --out-per-round -P 0 --remove-duplicates 0 参数。组装过程(Extending ...)中在内存占用达到200G左右时出现MemoryError, 但是机器的内存有512G，getorangelle内存占用大约40%。不清楚这是什么情况，感谢老师解惑。
