Clone site issues

I tried to clone site for xtream IPTV through url, username and password I got from a site. But shows 'invalid data'. Tried with other usernames and passwords too, but same result. Am I doing anything wrong, or isn't it not the right way to clone this extension? Or is it the fault with the url, user and pass? Can this only be activated if I have a paid IPTV service?

First field:- Any Name
Second field:-http://pamporea.xyz:8080,tibi_kovacs,2233
Third field:- your language code(e.g. en)
