UI-LAYOUT ISSUE

BUG

This is probably a bug in ui-layout. Still investigating this. Also, I opened a bug on ui-layout: angular-ui/ui-layout#200

We should fork their library (already did that) and revert to the latest commit that is still version 1.0.5

Then, we can use raw git to make a public linkable url, and replace the new ui-layout version with the forked one which will be version 1.0.5 (that way, we'll avoid the current bugs until they or us fix it).
