Hangs on redelegation address selection

Wallet version: 0.3.1-tc
OS: macOS Big Sur 11.4

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a wallet
2. Click "Delegation" tab
3. Find a validator to which you already delegate, click "Redelegate"
4. Enter anything to the "To Validator" field

Result: It hangs for a minute with a popup of filtered validators addresses, no matter if I enter a specific address or random symbols. In the end after a minute it selects the address and the form becomes responsive again.
The addresses popup doesn't disappear even if I change the active window and another window appears on top of the wallet.
