Give users roles based on their time zone

Hello, is it possible to create roles based on timezones?

I want users in my server to self-assign roles with reactions.

Hi, closely related / simpler version - can we assign users a generic role for having a time zone set?

• For example, once a user gets the congratulations message, they get a role like “On Time!”?
• Possible bonus points for making it toggle-able/customizable in server setup.
