add Foxit Editor to adobe alternatives

Foxit editor is probably the most capable competitor to acrobat afaik, it should be added to the alternatives list.

There is a subscription version, but they still offer a one time license too.

To be clear, the reader is free everywhere. But the editor features are paid even on mac and Linux.
