需求描述

在 README.md 中增加 Repobeats 图表，并增添一些鼓励贡献的语句。
Repobeats 图表如下：

需求原因

  • 该图表较为美观，符合 GitHub UI 风格，且能很好地适配 GitHub 的各种主题
  • 该图表为矢量图，且目前我们项目的图表只有 57KB ，方便下载、以及在任意缩放比例下展示
  • 该图表能直观地反映项目的开发情况
  • 该图表能一定程度地促进任何人为项目贡献代码

附加内容

一些附加问题值得讨论：

  • 该图表应当被放置在 README.md 的什么位置？
  • 该图表应当左对齐还是居中放置？
