Add Download Image Button for Users & Admin

Issue Description:

Currently, users and admins can view images, but there is no option to download them directly. Adding a "Download Image" button will allow users and admins to easily retrieve images.

Proposed Solution:

• Add a "Download" button below each image in the user profile and admin dashboard.
• Clicking the button should download the image in its original format.

Benefits:

✅ Convenient retrieval of uploaded images.
✅ Enhances admin functionality for managing image records.
