Send and prove

• Transaction secret key is stored in wallet file and available for the user.

It allows one to check the amount of KRB sent to a particular address in a particular transaction, given that transaction's secret tx_key. Wallet files are not backward compatible. Make sure to back up your wallet file and keys before updating, as always.
