Move KitchenTap pattern duplicate code to utils.py #74

Remove the duplicate code and generalise the KitchenTap pattern, moving the duplicating code to the utils.py file, as has been done for WashingMachine and Dishwasher.

Also, should update the dp_kitchen_tap.txt - this should

  1. Live in the config file
  2. Be defined in a better format
