[New Fix] Game says fuel is empty when you dock/undock but resource manager says rocket still has fuel

When I dock/undock my spacecraft, the fuel on the stages menu says the rocket is out of fuel but the resource manager says the rocket still has fuel and the engines still give thrust. It's really annoying because it makes you unable to make maneuver nodes. You can solve this temporarily by changing the staging order but sometimes I only have 1 stage (my engine), so I would be happy if you guys could fix this issue.

The solution I want is to be able to make maneuver nodes while having no fuel
