[3.2.1.0] Flight Director - Message by 15km & 20km

Flight Director should be unlocked at 25km or Survivability Tech.

It hasn't been activated, but you get these messages at 15km and 20km.

Might be intentional with the way they set it up (as the altitude contracts are generated automatically)
As seen here, it can unlock on the 3rd completion of the crewed altitude record contract, which would be 25km. Unsure if it could be fixed, as you can't edit individual altitude contracts. (and I assume the leader info tells the contract when to display the leader being unlocked, not the contract telling when the leader is unlocked)

Additionally, it appears the flight directors are unlocked every time I complete a crew contract, like first crew orbit, speeds, or altitude. My most recent in this save was 1,000km altitude and it showed the leaders being unlocked again. Doesn't seem to have any negative effects, just odd that it keeps saying I've unlocked these leaders
