The UI for this app doesn't need to be very complex. The user flow we want to enable is:

User comes on website (PC or mobile)
User enters the street address they want deed information for (may not be instant so need to indicate loading)
User is able to see text data + files associated with the deed

Acceptance Criteria

Mobile friendly
Users can easily enter a street address
Users can easily parse the deed data (Stretch goal of uploading files as well)

Additional notes:

Found deed data from this data source (county court house where it is supposed to be free). Their UI looks like this:
