Fork of Praktomat Repo

We created a fork of the Praktomat Repo because maintainers of the original repository were not responsive in merging pull requests and/or giving us commit rights. The forked repository contains the version of Praktomat as used at the University of Applied Sciences Offenburg, Germany. We believe that our changes are of general interest and not specific to our setup.
