Getting error while in command

It is showing "'-G' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file." after I press the first command cmake -G ....

cmake --help

And also:

cmake --version

This was the command

>cmake -G Ninja -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX="C:\Users\hasnaine\Documents\QT Practice\QT Task Manager\TaskManager" "C:\Users\hasnaine\Downloads\KDDockWidgets-2.0\KDDockWidgets-2.0"

Here the target directory is at: C:\Users\hasnaine\Documents\QT Practice\QT Task Manager\TaskManager whereas the KDDockWidget is at: C:\Users\hasnaine\Downloads\KDDockWidgets-2.0\KDDockWidgets-2.0

Try without the > , should start with cmake

Thanks a lot. I somehow missed that. But now, It is showing this error:

Cool, at least it's progress :)

KDDW requires either:

1. A working development terminal. (A terminal with development tools in %PATH%, which is able to compile projects). The error is saying you don't have a compiler installed (or in PATH).

2. A working IDE.

In other words, use whatever you currently use to compile projects. If you're used to QtCreator then that's fine as well.
