Resuming interrupted ddrescue run results in "Rescued data in mapfile goes past end of input file" #12

Steps:

Start ddrescue run with internal drive (/dev/sr0)
Hit interrupt
Resume with external drive (/dev/sr1)

Oddly, subsequent run internal drive runs fine. Could be some hardware issue (external drive used in this case is a pretty crappy one)?

Ddresue version 1.22.
