feat: metrics and stats on announcements

Would it be possible to get some metrics like total views on an announcement? That would really help to know how "successful" an announcement is.

Maybe showing X views at the bottom of the announcement

Or maybe use the Backstage analytics for this? Or should it be a separate issue?

I think that should be a separate issue, these would be metrics available to all, and I think would be a big encouragement for people to post announcements as they get to see the impact and reach it has.

Hey there, thanks for opening this issue!

At the moment, I am not super keen on adding a "view counter" feature to this plugin. The original idea is to provide a simple way to communicate information via Backstage and I feel such a counter isn't necessary to achieve it.

Let's keep this issue open and see what other people think :)
