Ender 5 Pro with Marlin-Jyers UI firmware Project

Greetings All, First the disclaimer.... I am very new to 3D Printing and core firmware is like way over my head, at times I feel way out of place trying to understand it. With that said a little background, I have an Ender 3 V2 which I installed the E3V2-BLTouch-3x3-HS-v4.2.2-v2.0.1.bin as well as the display firmware and have been thrilled with the new firmware and all its functions. As a project I purchased an Ender 5 Pro with the v4.2.2 main board and thought to replace the display board with the 1.4 version of the Ender3 V2 and see if I could get 5 Pro to run on the E3V2-BLTouch-3x3-HS-v4.2.2-v2.0.1.bin. It turned out to be a challenging project for sure.

Now that I am at the last of the X Y Z axis e-step tuning I was wondering if there is a way to change the display from showing the E3V2 scrolling header to say an E5 Pro scrolling header? I have absolute no idea how that could be changed or if it could so as a novice can someone point me in a direction that does not render my E5 Pro a boat anchor ?
