If you've used BGR (background games redeemer), then you have the key both in the file generated as well as in the ASF log file. ASF records up to 10 last runs in logs directory, so if you're worried about console being cleared you can always review latest log.txt as well as logs directory to find your affected run.

If you've used the redeem command, then it's not recorded anywhere and therefore you can't retrieve it. In some games Steam itself allows to review the cd-key used (usually old ones that require activation in addition to Steam). Other than that, I'm not aware of any other method to fetch it.
