Adding Sponsors to Readme

Sure, just before the Screenshots section in the readme would be awesome. Would be great if it would be like the contributor section in this repo: containrrr/watchtower. Emojis replaced with contribution amount from Ko-Fi Contributors. Thanks for taking this on 😄
