1.42.10(64bit) Poloniex exchange 0 balances issue

Poloniex exchange show 0 balances and 0 fees.
prices shown normally.
tried new API keyes, did not help.

Also HITBTC trading does not always work, even if the rule is created by trader add rule tool.

Update 2: All good. Apparently HitBTC requires order price to be within ±10% off current price, otherwise orders can be declined. Interesting that not all orders are declined, some may pass even when outside the limit. anyway, if order use some calculated price, it is a good idea to check if priceis within range. that solved my problem.
