The compat for GPUArrays has been updated from v10 to v11 since the present release 5.5.2.

v5.5.2...master#diff-72ed386c2a0cd1d23c0968297e70023ed98c22490d146dd89fc91f48369bad4dR62

I have multiple Project.tomls that are loaded together. One has CUDA and one doesn't, so they get differing versions of GPUArrays, GPUArraysCore.

I may just release regardless of the remaining performance regressions, but that will happen next week at the earliest.
