Maybe we should tag some issues

Some contributors of DataStructures.jl could help

We should do this.
We should as also tag things for hacktoberfest while at it

For Hacktoberfest, a CONTRIBUTING.md file with contribution guidelines is required.

Maybe some tasks such as improving doc and docstrings could be done (see #360 )

So, not much got done at the hackathon,
as basically everyone was too busy upgrading packaged.
Still hacktoberfest is soon.
