I think this only works when app is open and that's why schedule features is not working. Please look into it.

Also a request, can you make same kind of module for One sync? it would be wonderful.

I think that they should work, but haven't used them, maybe your android version is killing Swift Backup for "battery optimizations"?
Also for OneSync - I don't use OneDrive, I don't trust my data with microsoft's OneDrive, so it won't happen.
