Chromium update with hardware video decode #271

Chromium requires a hack to support the GPU on this platform. So yes, I use a custom build of Chromium in my images. Another developer has done work to patch and package Chromium. I'm not sure if you are a programmer but it will take some work to update. I have not looked into exactly how much effort this will be, but it will not be simple. Joshua Riek, thank you for such a good Ubuntu experience, using it at NanoPC-T6 and everything is very smooth.
Only problem I have is to update installed chromium, becase you use 110.0.5481.4 and it has critical security bugs, so it is not recommended to use it in daily work or online banking.
Tried to intall latest chromium v.115 via flatpak and gnome software - all is ok, but no hardeware video decode is used even if I enable all GPU features in cromium and they are the same in chrome://gpu/ as at your build.
Do you use some custom build of chromium in your images?
Please help to update it and keep 4k60 hardware video decode feature.
