Hi Keren,

I want to cite your gBolt tool in my paper.
Can you please let me know if there is any paper of yours on gBolt so that I can cite it?
If there is no paper available on gBolt then can you please let me know how to cite your tool in the paper?

Thank you so much in advance.

Hi Keren,

I have gone through the opened issue of directed graph support by gBolt. There you mentioned about one python code which can mine the subgraphs from directed graphs. However, correctness is not ensured by the author of the code. Also, I found that gBolt is more accurate and efficient as compared to python version.
In my project, I need to work with directed graphs as well. However, the current version of gBolt only supports undirected graphs.
One genuine request. Is it possible for you to make the changes in gBolt so that it can also work with directed graphs?

Appreciate your help in advance.

@parnika26 , Thanks for the comment!

I do know adding direct edge support is meaningful, but the problem is I really do not have spare time to handle this issue. I have a pile of on-goning projects and homeworks this term.

Adding the support is always on my schedule, whereas I cannot gaurantee when I could finish it right now.
