Status of the "Modern API"

Hi Jing and thank you for your work. I was wondering now that you are (informally at least) the one in charge of the LSPosed project, what are your thoughts on the Modern Xposed API.

1. Will the implementation be completed by the maintainers of this fork?
2. Will the old API be deprecated/removed?
3. Are there any plans for a 2.0 version of LSPosed and subsequent Maven release as predicted?

Hello Massi-X. The modern Xposed API project is still under proper maintenance, as you can see in this libxposed repository.

I will generally adhere to and implement their designs. Feedback regarding issues related to the modern Xposed APIs, particularly in cases of imperfect implementation, is welcome. I intend to avoid proposing alternative APIs unless absolutely necessary, as this would likely introduce significant disruption and complexity for module developers.

As for your second question, I don't think it will happen, and I believe neither the maintainers of libxposed nor I will make such a decision. The last question depends on the project maintainers of libxposed.
