[BUG] Can not disable 'use navigation overlay' option #718

Describe the bug
I disable it from setting when I refresh page it becomes enabled by itself
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Configuration'
Click on 'Reader
Scroll down to 'use navigation overlay'
Click to 'slider to disable'
Refresh Page
See it enabled again

Expected behavior
Disabled till I open it again
