@Tri2008 I've made a first pass at converting the latex document to rst for you to help out. It's on a branch I've made for the pull request that will eventually be used 18-introduction-dimensional-vs-non-dimensional-form

FYI RST uses LaTeX syntax for the math blocks so it's a relatively easy translation, only real pain points were:

• spacing doesn't directly translate
• I couldn't figure out equation referencing and number properly so that needs fixing.
