This question is similar to #42.

Is there a way to define a server port via an environment variable in, similarly to TEAMCITY_SERVER_MEM_OPTS?

Doing it via /conf/server.xml as described in https://www.jetbrains.com/help/teamcity/configure-server-installation.html#Changing+Server+Port is quite inconvenient in AWS ECS.
