Powershell Scripts for configuring creston devices
ipUpdater does a bit more, it will load a config file, it will set ipid's for end points as well.
MERC/NVX_FW_Load is in the works with a ton of hard coded file paths
NVX_set_passwords still needs some way to ask the user what password is required
NVX_Stream is in the works pending some commands that are not listed
