Docker image

Would you consider making this a Docker image, for convenience, and allow environment variables as config instead of a static file ?

Would be especially nice in terms of integration, since D++ itself has a Docker image. We could have them both configured in a single docker-compose.

You're a hero. I'll have a look into it myself if I can spare a couple hours, but I figured it's always easier when you have written the code yourself.
