Disable speaking while dead. (Suggestion)

I feel like for most servers including a server of my own, we run into alot of people talking while they are dead. Now my only idea was to
overrideProximityCheck with pma-voice since that is what most vMenu servers use, I use the death screen that comes with the Badssentials script and I think it is a good idea!

Possibly allow the selection to set on or off speaking while dead in the config.
