Concept

Need to implement something, that makes unmodiafable the Telegram types for more security.

Motivation

Currently I found a problem, when I pass update (event) object to user-defined filter, it can be modified. It must be wrong, so I want to implement something, that can solve this problem.

I hope it can avoid any problems in future.
