CE Setup is already supports 24.04.

The packaging procedure for it is identical to 22.04 procedure. There is only one missing dependency python3-distutils in 24.04. But there is python3-distutils-extra. We need to check if new python3 package provides same libraries and use it or find alternative for python3-distutils

Ubuntu 24.04 is new LTS version.
